They laughed at me and barricaded the exits.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4182336104132773067.post-5242187421848271262007-10-15T10:16:00.000-05:002007-10-15T10:16:00.000-05:00Thanks. Maybe I'll just wait and flip a coin.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4182336104132773067.post-11366237971744656082007-10-15T09:04:00.000-05:002007-10-15T09:04:00.000-05:00What a tough decision. I can't wait to hear what you decided to do!Happy Working Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14673416031153824699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4182336104132773067.post-4433576428287233192007-10-12T20:15:00.000-05:002007-10-12T20:15:00.000-05:00I recently gave up the more flexible position, wel...I recently gave up the more flexible position, well I couldn't go feed the ducks, but pretty close. My decision was slightly different though because the flexible position was also lower paying, and had no advancement. BUT, I felt a lot of loyalty to the company and it was still a really difficult decision. It always is no matter what. Good luck, no matter what it will work out.Christyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11513684432169094797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4182336104132773067.post-21324464437757658642007-10-12T15:04:00.000-05:002007-10-12T15:04:00.000-05:00That's not an easy decision. Choosing between moving my career up on the fast track or finding something new and letting it stall out where it is for a little. For me the fast track was too fast with a toddler at home.

Less flexibility for a more rewarding position may be a good compromise. Maybe you could throw your name in and let the higher up know that you like both positions but haven't made up your mind yet. Say that you just didn't want that door to be closed yet.T with Honeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13870996927675120152noreply@blogger.com
